Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a space to process, heal, and grow. I provide individual, couples, and group therapy, specializing in relationship dynamics, including polyamorous partnerships, as well as personal growth and emotional well-being. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also have extensive experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and continue to implement and expand my knowledge in this area.
