If you are considering therapy, I congratulate you for your desire to change. Life comes with challenges. My job is to help you respond gracefully to your challenges. I will work with you to identify your goals and to determine how you can best reach these goals. I provide you with my ears and my thoughts and my support. All of us create stories about our lives. These stories come with meanings that can be the source of strength or the source of distress. My work is to help you identify and rewrite the meanings that are not helpful.
