Hello, my name is Fred. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my master's in social work at San Diego State University. My approach to therapy is to provide support to my clients who are experiencing challenges in their lives. I have an eclectic approach to working with my clients since there is not one therapeutic framework that meets the needs of all clients. I tailor my therapeutic modality to the needs of the client. I will meet you with empathy, openness, and unconditional positive regard.
