I am able to provide both mental health and addictions counseling. Main modality of treatment is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. EMDR trained. I have been licensed addictions counselor for 5 years am working toward licensure for mental health and marriage and family therapy (PLCP). I assist clients with addiction, relationship issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Skilled at teaching coping skills and working on thinking errors.
