I meet each individual with positive regard and a team mentality. I am here to be a supportive and hard working teammate as we progress through the therapeutic process. I am happy to work with individuals on a number of issues and have experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma related issues, childhood disorders such as ODD, ADHD, parenting issues, conflict, and every day stresses to name a few. Asking for help is not easy, but I am glad you have begun taking the steps to improve your mental health. After spending over ten years in the mental health field serving diverse populations and ages from two and a half to elderly individuals, I have gained insights and a better understanding of the human experience. I am comfortable working with very young children and their families and have spent time in nursing facilities aiding the elderly population.
