We can get caught up in patterns of thoughts and behavior we desperately want to change but feel powerless to. It can be challenging to navigate through life and relationship-most often the ones that mean the most to us. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences have made it difficult to feel safe or trust others.
