When I first meet with clients, my goal is to help them find the main road back to their original journey, from the exit that led them to the off ramp - I offer a steady hand for them to successfully maneuver in the foggy season of their lives. I provide a supportive environment suitable for helping clients form new insights in achieving alternate healthier perspectives than the ineffective solutions currently in use. I provide an atmosphere of professionalism, empathy, and privacy suitable for positive growth and achievable solutions. As a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) I specialize in addiction, substance abuse/dependence, and mental health counseling, including co-occurring disorders. I work with individuals/couples focusing on life stage challenges, work issues and relationship problems. These include anger, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, acculturation & adjustment issues.
