In a city of many, it's easy to lose your voice, question your skills, or doubt your ability to grow. On top of this, sometimes the most challenging decision is allowing yourself to feel deserving of the space to receive support. This is where I come in. I firmly believe that each person is their own expert, and that with a relationship built on mutual trust, compassion, and collaboration, we're all capable of moving toward flexibility with self-acceptance and change. I recognize that in a trusting relationship we can allow ourselves to redefine our intersecting identities, relationships with others, and relationship with self.
