Hi! I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families move toward greater connection and emotional well-being. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, helping them build healthier patterns. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents, using developmentally appropriate, relationship-based approaches to strengthen emotional regulation and family connection. My focus includes attachment, communication, and family-of-origin dynamics.
