I believe in meeting clients where they are in life, using a compassionate and caring approach with the modality that works the best for your needs. I see a clients through the life span from school age children through adults, with a variety of needs including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have been trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, and play therapy, among other therapeutic approaches.
