My goal as a therapist is to empower you on your journey towards growth and healing and to support you to gain insight into life's challenges and how best to address them. Together, we can work towards imagining and building a more satisfying and connected life. My approach is holistic in understanding how your biology, psychology and social experiences interact and impact you. I provide support for kids (9-17) and adults looking to improve their quality of life and address issues through talk, somatic, and art therapy. I utilize techniques from ACT, IFS, DBT and CBT. I also extensively integrate Play Therapy in the work that I do.
