I understand youth culture, I speak their language, and I’m all about helping them build confidence, handle emotions, and start thriving. Together, we flip challenges into wins and turn all of that stress into growth, healing, and self-discovery. I specialize in working with youth and young adults through a blend of therapy, sports psychology, and mental performance coaching.
