I’m a therapist, artist, and musician who uses psychodynamic, client-centered and narrative therapy techniques to help clients process trauma, gain insight into their relationships and behaviors, and make lasting positive change in their lives. I have significant experience working with adolescents, adults, artists, LGBTQIA individuals, athletes, and teens with mild to moderate disabilities.
