I welcome a variety of clients, primarily working with adults, couples, and families. Clients describe me as warm, caring, and direct. My practice focuses on the treatment of trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. My style is greatly influenced by attachment theory. My work with couples is informed by Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy. I share mindfulness and somatic techniques with my clients. I may utilize practices to dialogue with the inner voices that inhibit us from fully experiencing life (sometimes called "parts work" or IFS - internal family systems).
