At times, life can feel overwhelming, stagnant, or out of balance. You may be feeling stuck, weighed down by worry, or sensing that something is missing despite your best efforts. In therapy, I work collaboratively with individuals to thoughtfully explore the areas of their lives they want to better understand, strengthen, or change. For many, this includes cultivating greater contentment, reducing chronic anxiety or low mood, improving relationships, building self-esteem, and feeling more effective and fulfilled at work or school.
