Therapy is not about eliminating struggle from our lives, but about gaining insight, developing coping strategies, and strengthening your sense of self so you can face life's struggles with resilience. I have experience counseling folks from all walks of life dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, and difficult life transitions.
