I believe in creating a comfortable environment where people can feel supported and open to share their feelings and experiences. My goal is to tailor treatment plans to fit individual's needs, adding in skills and tools that they can utilize to improve their daily life functioning. I believe in creating a calming, inviting environment where clients can feel supported when sharing their feelings and struggles. I enjoy using art and play with children, nurturing their creativity and expression of emotions. Not limited to just children, I also use expressive arts and psychoeducation with teens and adults.
