My ideal clients are looking for safety, consistency, and a therapeutic relationship that honors their autonomy and lived experience. They may be living in the aftermath of trauma or in the midst of an eating disorder; regardless, my goal is to create a safe place for someone in the midst of their suffering. Our work would typically include developing self-compassion, working toward nervous system regulation, and learning how to navigate suffering in new ways. I enjoy helping people fall in love with life or living again, feel at home in themselves or their bodies, and navigate their world with less fear or rigidity.
