In my work as an integrative therapist and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, I support individuals of ages navigating PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, sexual, psychological, and relational trauma, life transitions, and the journey of deeper self-discovery. My approach is compassionate, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive. I blend evidence-based practices like IFS and DBT with holistic modalities such as somatic work, Reiki, EFT, acupressure, and meditation. I work with individuals throughout the life span to break free from oppressive cycles and reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom.
