I work predominately with teens and young adults who struggle with issues such as anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, and trauma. I have also worked with teens, adults, and children struggling with ADHD, OCD, depression, attachment style, communication, relationship issues, and other behavioral concerns. I have an eclectic approach when it comes to interventions and tools. I often go to a psychodynamic approach with ACT and CBT. I am also trained in DBT and love to use Narrative Therapy with my clients struggling with trauma. No matter what we are working with, I am happy to cater to your unique needs and treatment goals with a variety of approaches.
