Hi, I’m Gabrielle! As a therapist, I am passionate about helping people feel more like themselves again. My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Whether life feels overwhelming, your thoughts won’t quiet down, or you’re just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you navigate those challenges and find tools that actually work for you. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD (including taboo OCD), ADHD, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also am passionate about working with fellow artists and creatives as I am a musician and know the unique challenges in it.
