I support individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges, including work stress, family dynamics, relationship issues (including divorce/ blended families), depression, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to help people rediscover their resilience and personal agency, and to make meaningful sense of their experiences. Grounded in Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Grief-informed practices, my work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore difficult emotions, heal from past wounds, and create positive, lasting change and deeply collaborative.
