My ideal clients are teens, young adults, and adults navigating major life transitions that leave them feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are becoming. They may be dealing with a recent breakup or divorce, struggling with academic pressure, or facing the “now what?” stage of early adulthood. Many are high-achieving on the outside but silently dealing with anxiety, low self-worth, or identity conflicts—especially those related to gender, sexuality, or spirituality. Others feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism or executive dysfunction and are tired of pretending everything’s fine.
