My goals in the therapeutic relationship are to support you in cultivating a sense of inherent worth and empowerment in all aspects of your life. Through a holistic and trauma-informed approach, I help guide individuals toward a deeper appreciation and reverence of their own complexities and uniqueness. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, PTSD, dissociation, relationships, substance dependence, and codependency. I love working with activists and organizers, artists, healers/therapists, and the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as male-identified individuals who feel a call to explore their inner worlds.
