My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with you to come to a full, well-rounded understanding of your strengths and concerns, and work towards achievable goals which align with what is most salient to you. It is important to me to provide a gentle, non-judgmental space in which you can feel heard and supported throughout our work together. I utilize an integrative approach, focusing on the strength of the therapeutic relationship, and drawing from existential, family systems, and person-centered therapy. I am in-network with most major insurances. I mostly work with adults, young adults, and teenagers with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I specialize in working with young adults with autism or those who suspect they may be autistic, as well as people who identify as queer, trans, or questioning issues of identity.
