Welcome! My name is Gabrielle Sturek. I am a graduate student working towards a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Touro University. My goal is creating a safe and welcoming environment for all clients. I will strive to make sure every client feels heard and understood. An objective of mine is to explore emotions, thoughts and behaviors by utilizing talk therapy and tools to allow you to reach treatment goals. I will utilize different forms of therapy to fit clients personal needs. I aim to help individuals with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, OCD and other day to day issues.
