I have worked in the mental health field for 12 years with experience in inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy, assessment, and crisis intervention. I am dually licensed in Indiana and Ohio. I'm trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am a Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist.
