We live in a world where private struggles are often spotlighted and used as the subject of public debate; it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a safe space to work through problems and struggles. After co-creating together, what safe space looks like for you, we can begin to address whatever difficulties, struggles, and presenting concerns you may have. My theoretical orientation is Mindfulness and facilitating greater self-awareness will be an integral part of our work together. I am passionate about helping trauma survivors heal and then begin to thrive. I have over 10 years of experience as a mental health counselor.
