I help people with traumas big and small. Our small traumas lead to anxiety, tension, and depression. The big ones can leave us with post-traumatic stress. I'm grateful to be able to help people overcome these stresses using EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and hypnosis, including past-life hypnosis. In addition to my 30 plus years of clinical practice, I have also trained as an ontological coach. I love helping people move forward with speed and ease toward achieving their life goals.
