I enjoy working with primarily adults struggling through a life transition, empty nest, medical issue, professional burnout, caregiver burnout, trauma, anxiety/perinatal anxiety, or grief. I have a clinical specialty working with people who are struggling to find connection in their relationships and are at a crossroad in their life (divorce, grief & loss, new parents, affair recovery, professional burnout, empty nest). I also enjoy working with women in midlife and beyond (50+) who are seeking to rediscover themselves, nurture their well-being, and create meaning in the next chapter of life.
