I offer a cognitive-behavioral, client centered approach to counseling. Using a combination of therapies and approaches, I provide a nurturing, safe environment where clients can freely explore and express their thoughts and feelings and learn how to take control of them and their lives. Supportive Psychotherapy techniques lay the foundation for a successful experience toward a client's journey to self-awareness, insight, and healthy relationships with both the self and others. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities and faiths and I welcome the opportunity to assist you in acheiving your goals. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and their families, helping them to navigate the challenges that life brings. Working per diem at a nursing also provides me with the ability to work effectively with the elderly and their families as well.
