Hello and welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addictions counselor in the state of Colorado. I have over 20 years experience working in the mental health field. I enjoy helping people with complex trauma/abuse, depression, anxiety, and addiction issues. I utilize a wide variety of techniques and help you learn skills to manage things better and meet your goals. I am a collaborative clinician and see us working together to meet your needs. I come from a strong background in DBT and CBT. I also utilize EMDR, somatic techniques, IFS techniques, Energy Psychology, and can provide psychedelic assisted therapy in certain cases.
