I work primarily with Asian American young adults and adults, helping them navigate the unique challenges of identity, cultural expectations, and personal growth. Many of my clients feel pulled in multiple directions at once: balancing responsibilities to family, chasing ambitious career and financial goals, relentless anxiety, and their own evolving sense of self. As a Chinese American, multicultural therapist from Hong Kong, I find the greatest satisfaction in helping members of our community cultivate a sense of agency and pride—honoring their roots while forging their own path. I want to help you close some mental tabs by slowing down together. We’ll track your inner experience, create space to reconnect with what is truly authentic to you, and find your own voice amidst the many voices telling you what’s best. We’ll also explore emotional expression—what you’ve learned about it and how it might be hindering your relationships.
