I believe that exploring the meaning of life's beauties and tragedies through therapy can create a deeper sense of self and foster wholeness. Therapy can and should be a life-changing process. The journey toward healthy relationships and emotional healing may be rocky at times, but the rewards are invaluable. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, with the integration of family systems, object relations, and inter-subjective theories. I see clients who seek to improve relationships; heal from depression, anxiety, loss, and trauma; and discover meaningful purpose for their lives.
