I enjoy working with people who want to improve their life experience, grow as individuals and in relationships, define and improve their well-being in a collaborative, holistic therapeutic experience. Young adults and teens often speak to me about understanding and resolving their issues, breaking dysfunctional patterns, and developing a healthy sense of self. Overwhelmed parents often come to improve their family relationships and functioning. Adults with a variety of life experiences engage with me to work on issues to gain the insight and empowerment needed to meet their goals, no matter how big or small.
