At times you can feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stressed by the events of your life. I provide a safe and caring space where you can explore these feelings. I bring humor, respect and a spirit of collaboration into our work together. I work with adults, undergraduate students, graduate students and couples. Some common issues I work with include: stress, career and academic issues, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting challenges, pre and post partum concerns,attachment styles and trauma. Our goal together is to empower you and develop skills you can take with you on your journey through life.
