I specialize in working with high school and collegiate level athletes. I can help with concussion treatment, sports injuries, peak performance, performance anxiety, relationship and family issues, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I offer Brainspotting, which is an advancement out of EMDR therapy. I also use QEEG mapping and Neurofeedback. I often combine these techniques with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and several other modalities.
