I specialize in helping adults, couples, and families struggling to resolve the bio-logical suffering associated with the trauma of the mental, physical and spiritual abuse and neglect rampant in modern society. From day one, I educate my clients on the biological neuroscience, quantum physics and spiritual wisdom behind their humanity and divinity. Knowledge is power and my goal is to empower my clients to not only reach their goals in therapy, but to develop the insight, wisdom, and skill necessary to enhance all aspects of their lives. I integrate myriad mental, physical and spiritual modalities to support each client as they walk their healing path. I frequently use Guided Visualization, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Angelic Reiki and Somatic Psychotherapy, integrating culturally appropriate shamanic guide work when applicable to the client.
