About

I am a community elder! My 40 years of practice has allowed me to utilize my wisdom as a therapist, as well as from a life well lived. I am a mother, daughter and a grandmother. I have experienced grief and loss. I am deeply rooted in family systems theory and understand much of our perceptions and points of view stem from our family of origin. I am also keenly steeped in Mindfulness and know that we have greater potential than we often realize. I hope our work in therapy will resonate with you and will bring you to a deeper awareness within. My straightforward and kind nature will offer you a direct approach to your deepest concerns.
