I believe that success looks different for everyone. I work with you to identify what you value, where you feel strong, and what tools you need to build up your weaknesses. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings over the years and each one has richly blessed me with the chance to grow as a human. I have had the privilege of walking alongside those that are hurting in the pain of childhood, grief, and feeling misunderstood by people in their life. Therapy is hard work and I strive to build a good relationship with my patients that offers room to gently challenge unhelpful beliefs they are holding about themselves. I started out working in a day treatment setting with children ages 5-12 and quickly expanded to working within the family systems. I have many years of experience working with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting issues, defiant behaviors, and trauma.
