Welcome! Does your teen or adult child have a disability such as Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome or one of the other various disabilities out there. Do they struggle to fit in, express their emotions and find social opportunities that are inclusive? As a former Special Education teacher of 15 years and now a therapist who specializes in disability, I can help you discover your strengths and aid in creating personal growth. I work side by side with my clients to help them find their best selves. I am an expert at finding suitable resources in the St. Charles/St. Louis community for people who have various disabilities. My areas of expertise include counseling people with disabilities, resources, deescalation strategies, creating and monitoring goals, cognitive behavioral therapy, and developing a long-lasting, genuine relationship with my clients. I truly enjoy going above and beyond to meet my client's needs.
