My name is Garland Middleton and I am a Licensed Social Worker and therapist. My work is highly intuitive, rooted in curiosity and compassion. Therapy is vulnerable but can also be such a special gift to give yourself. My hope is that you feel safe and open in my office. I work with CBT, DBT, and IFS. I bring myself to the sessions, knowing that one size doesn't fit all. My goal is to listen and learn about you, all parts of you, and help give voice to the aspects of yourself that need exploring.
