The hardest step can be the first; thank you for making it this far. I am passionate about helping people of all ages overcome the obstacles that prevent them from being the best versions of themselves. I enjoy working with (and working alongside) athletes, taking a sports psychology approach. I also have a strong history of working well with clients who have not responded/had difficulty engaging in traditional therapy. Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and TF-CBT certified.
