Through our time together we will affirm your inherent goodness during troubling life events. Our feelings and sensations are a natural and organic response to life. Our bodies, being the center of human experience, are the greatest sources of guidance through feelings, sensations, and reactions. When our natural response to life is shamed or rejected we cease belonging to life and to ourselves. When we are able to allow these feelings to flow through us, our whole selves become a part of life.
