I most effectively treat persons who have one or more of the following symptoms, and/or issues: depression; anxiety; marital, family, or other relationship problems. I also have expertise in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and geriatric mental health issues, including end of life issues. I help persons who are functioning relatively well, but want to increase ability to establish and attain goals; and increase their capacity for happiness and fulfillment in life.
