I approach therapy with a holistic mindset, helping you explore how past experiences, including trauma, impact your current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we’ll uncover what’s behind your responses to life and work toward a deeper understanding of yourself. With over 23 years of experience I listen to what is being said and what is not being said. Identify areas or situations that have formed their responses to situations and guide them to being honest with themselves first, and with me. Although I'm qualified in many counseling approaches, my focus is always on you and your life journey - not a technique.
