I work with ages 5 and up. (5-10 in-person please). All others in-person or telehealth. I work with people dealing with life issues that may cause anxiety, depression. They may be caused by past or current trauma. I am open to working with all in a non-judgmental way. I am here to support and walk with you through the mud to make your life better. I am open to using traditional modalities in therapy as well as going down the path of spirituality if that is your choice. This is your journey to a better mental health and you are the only one that knows what that looks like. I am here to help you get there.
