Hello! My name is Gary Tenney. I am a licensed Psychologist in the Gilbert area. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults. I also provide some couples therapy. I am open to working with all situations, but I have extensive experience working with anxiety and depression. In my practice I utilize an approach that fits the needs of my clients. There is not a "one-size-fits" all approach that works for everyone and every issue, but I have found a lot of benefit utilizing principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
