I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational interviewing (MI). I offer a supportive, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s needs. I’ve also served in a supervisory role, mentoring new clinicians and promoting best practices in the mental health field. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to heal and grow.
