I am a clinical social worker and athletic counselor offering mental health and sport performance counseling to student-athletes and adult athletes. I have over 5 years of experience working with student-athletes at Princeton University, and currently work as an embedded clinician with Princeton Football. I am currently in process of obtaining certification as a mental performance consultant. I work with student- and adult-athletes, elite performers, and teams in areas of performance anxiety, confidence & motivation, exploration of identity, group & team dynamics, interpersonal effectiveness, and mental skills training.
